Modern ballet choreographer Rebecca Rice often has looked to dance history for inspiration, so it's apt that her newest work explores the role of women in the Olympic games in ancient Greece. ``The Altis Vignettes'' will be presented Thursday at the Media Gallery, 31 Norfolk St., along with Martin Cooper's photo series ``The Altis, Portraits of the Immortals.''
